New and Existing Customers:

       If order for new uniform/apparel includes new logo(s) to be embroidered or screen-printed, please send logo as attachment in jpg or pdf format to teamsbydesign3@comcast.net.

Contractual Established Customers:

       Please place Orders through your established portal ordering system, if applicable. Indicate under the "NOTES" portion of Order Form any item, color, or inseam not found on your portal

New Customers

       As a new Customer, we can help put together a Uniform Program for your employees based on your requirements, industry and budget (i.e. shirts, pants, jackets, cap, etc.) We can then create an Order Form specifically for your needs. Please contact Connie @ teamsbydesign3@comcast.net.
